My name is Cally Dingler, and I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Primary Care dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, teens, and adults in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and throughout Thurston County. I specialize in ADHD evaluations, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and psychiatric medication management, offering personalized treatment plans that support emotional well-being and long-term mental health at every stage of life.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and individualized. I believe the best outcomes come from taking time to truly listen, understand each person's unique experiences, and work together to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their goals and values.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where children, teens, adults, and families feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful progress toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

The initial psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive first step in understanding your unique needs and treatment goals. During this 60-minute visit, I take time to gather a thorough history, including emotional, behavioral, medical, developmental (when applicable), social, and family factors.
This appointment includes:
A detailed discussion of your current concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment
Review of your medical, psychiatric, and medication history
Evaluation for conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health conditions
Discussion of factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, including lifestyle, medical history, and family history
Collaboration with parents or caregivers when appropriate for children and adolescents
At the end of the visit, I'll share my clinical impressions and discuss personalized treatment recommendations. Depending on your individual needs, this may include therapy recommendations, lifestyle strategies, laboratory testing, and/or medication management.

Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring your progress, evaluating how your treatment plan is working, and making thoughtful adjustments as needed. These visits provide an opportunity to discuss improvements, ongoing concerns, side effects, and any changes in your symptoms or life circumstances since your last appointment.
This appointment includes:
Review of your current symptoms and overall progress
Assessment of how you're responding to medications, including benefits and potential side effects
Medication adjustments when clinically appropriate
Discussion of coping strategies, sleep, nutrition, and other lifestyle factors that may impact your mental health
Collaboration with parents or caregivers when appropriate for children and adolescents
Time to address new concerns, answer questions, and update your treatment plan as needed
The goal of each follow-up visit is to ensure your treatment remains safe, effective, and aligned with your needs and goals.
Follow-up medication management appointments are typically 20–30 minutes in length.
This version flows naturally after your initial evaluation page and emphasizes that follow-up visits are more than just medication refills—they're ongoing, collaborative treatment visits, which aligns well with your practice philosophy.
